Oh, hey, also I finally have an update on Bean. Xrays came in, and sure enough, the ballbearing is in her gizzard. :/ However, the good news is that since it's relatively small and round, and made of an inert metal it can't hurt her in any way. So even if it never passes and just becomes a normal part of her crop grit, I guess it's just gonna have to be a little quirk of Bean's, that she's got a little metal inside her. Maybe we shoulda named her Slash instead.

oh, sheesh, just read this. Disregard my earlier question about her. Wow. In her crop. I am so happy she's gonna be okay. What a relief. I bet you guys are happy to have her home.

Oh no. How is little Winter? I hope she is gonna be okay.

I hope so too. I would be absolutely devastated if anything happened to her.

She is eating, drinking, and pooping like normal. I just got her out the bath. And, as we speak she just stole a piece of Palmer's dog food right out from under her nose. She loves dog food. It is her favorite treat. And, Palmer LOVES Winter so she doesn't mind when she steals her food. Thankfully my dogs are tiny, so their food is tiny as well. Winter thinks she's a Yorkie. After all her momma is!

Ok, here are the pics!

She is soooo cute! I love her so much! It's so funny to see her try to walk. She got about two steps this morning. I feel bad leaving because she is imprinted on me and peeps for me when I leave but after about 2 min of peeping she flips down and sleeps. She sleeps like that video of wobbles when he was just little. Like he tries to stay awake but then just flops over. Lol

I am happy to hear Winter's eating and pooping like normal. That is a relief. I can just picture her craning over and stealing Palmer's food. Isn't it sweet how the little sweeties interact?

Winter LOVES going on adventures in our backyard with her momma, Palmer!

And, her feathers are almost completely white now! Everyone who said they thought she would be a white Call was right! She sure is! And, I'm so happy! She is so beautiful!
