I finally got my first egg yesterday from one of my silver duckwing OEGBs. There combs have been red forever, I just thought they would until spring to lay, guess I was wrong.



It was a big egg considering the size of chicken it came out of.

Thanks for the positive feed back. I dubbed 6 birds this winter. I practced on my mottled since I'm unable to show them. My silver duckwing turned out well, but i list him to illness . Ill try to post my brown red the only problem with him is he got too close to the heat lamp and singed his chest feathers .
