I'm 3 1/2 hours Northwest of LR, Close to Oklahoma and Missouri. I'm actually closer to Tulsa or Branson than I am LR.

Here we go. Out of a dozen Sweetgrass turkey eggs ten made it to day 24. Noticed a huge increase in the air cells today, with some internal pips (I hope). Moved them all to the hatcher where they are currently rocking and rolling. I incubated dry as suggested with seemingly good results with the cells. Hope I didn't get them too dry (old habits die hard). Keep your fingers crossed.

Don't worry, I'll be so proud to get them hatched y'all will see them for sure, lol.

Only had 2 infertiles, and everything else has made it this far. Even if I don't wind up with a good hatch, I've learned a lot about how these turkey eggs incubate. I'm on call starting Friday for the weekend and I sure hope they make an appearance by then.

Have never dry hatched (and had to put rice in to lower the humidity a bit since they were running 45-50% with our relative humidity the past couple of weeks), but if it works, I'll be sold. Definitely got better air cell development this way.
