Best looking Brown Red cockerel I've ever hatched. Except he's not Brown Red. Both his parents were Lemon Blue.

I've not weighed him, but he seems a little big for his age. Surprising since he comes from a tiny female line.

Have one of his Lemon Black half-sisters to mate him too.

What I love about my guy is that I tried breeding Brown Reds for a while, and never produced a rooster worth a darn. Then my Lemon Blues throw this one. He's not perfect, but he is one pretty boy.

I got him and his half sister and brother in Sacramento from a fellow byc'r. With the other two being alot darker with very little red. I've gotten 4 completely different looking offspring from them.
Funny how that works out.
