Hey 3BirdGirlz, are you sure your pieds are 10 months old? That looks like a 2-year-old boy train to me...

you know i have a boy about 7 or 8 months old and his train looks like that and he even has puney eye feathers and my 2.5 year old has a full grown up looking train. my 1.5 year old had a wild train eye feathers coming from all directions and all different lengths, he looks so funny.

Don't worry you all! I love peafowl and I edited my posting to more specifically say what I meant. I was talking to a peafowl breeder a few hours ago, and I think I am in line for getting bronze, bronze spalding, or bronze blackshoulder peachicks in June. I will be sure to post more pictures when we move our birds to a different pen. They are currently in their winter quarters, and the outside area gets awfully muddy...

Yes, got them at 4 months:) I told the guy I bought them from to send what he thought would be the prettiest boy, and he sure did! :)
