LOL I've no idea! I actually raised him completely on chicken food. I feed the same thing to all my birds and just throw down some cat food for extra protein now and then. He ranged a lot and ate up a lot of stuff. I think it has to be the water. We have the biggest dog I've ever owned right now. Gotta be the water!

Well one thing about it a critter would have a hard time dragging that big boy off in a free range setting

My goodness you should see that turkey wander around here. Everyone scatters out of his path because he doesn't care about anyone. I've seen him totally stand on top of chickens and such. I'm not sure if he's simply hugely stupid or if he's standing on them on purpose. When feed goes down, Lucky wins!

Sounds like my geese they just walk over anything in their path if it is to little they will just squash it but they do not weigh 50 plus pounds.
