I know, way bigger than the others, even one that's two weeks older. He was out of the biggest egg and has been bigger all along, so I think it just genetics. Will be interesting to see what his mature weight ends up at.

Maybe it is the only male. Our BS are generally big hardy chicks, and they also seem to come with some built-in Attitude. The only ones I have aggression problems with are BS's, the pieds and IB's are all very docile males. The spalding are rather cheeky as well, but mainly because I tend to spoil them. They all look great Kathy. I need to get some more pics of my BS that I think may be a Bronze BS. Last time everyone seemed to think he was IBBS split Bonze, but I have raised a lot of IBBS and his coloring is very different. I want Q8 to take a look again.
Mine is also sweet... Loves Mexican food, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, peas, corn etc...

Here are some pictures of these guys before i let them go, i think they were 12 weeks old in these pictures, i'm thinking of getting better new images for all my peachicks but i'm still lazy to do it.Thank you! We are going to worm them tomorrow so I will try to get some really good pics. The coloring is just different than my other IBBS, and there is no green showing up in his dark neck feathers at all, at 11 weeks old. If he is IBBS, he is different looking than any other I've had. If you have any pics of your Bronze BS around 11 weeks I would love to see them. And a ratio of 7 males to 2 females is typical for all my birds! I swap eggs with another member from PA and I love it because I am always hatching females from his eggs.
