Show off your Peas!

I don't like smart phones either. I like slide phones with the key board on it. Yesterday there was a Poultry show that I showed at called the Idaho Bird Breeder Association show or IBBA show it was amazing.
Congratulations

Cool how many other peas where there? did you show your runners too, they are very pretty.

Thank you. No the purple ribbon is participation ribbon so every body got a ribbon but only 1st and 2nd get a trophy I didn't show my Indian Runners. They got to stay home for that day. Sadly I was the only one that showed peafowl I went up against a pigeon. The judge had problems because we kept answering the questions like I got one right she got one right, I got one wrong she got one wrong. So what he did to break the tie was have it so he asked for chickens that have hen feathering. She knew the one I knew and I couldn't think of another one so I went with Silkie. Hen feathering is how he explained it was when hen and rooster have same shape feathers. Well Silkies have no shaft in their plumage so their feathers are the same for both sexes. But I guess I was wrong.

I was doing a little bit of work with punnett squares on how to get a Midnight Black Shoulder to a Midnight Barred by breeding the Midnight to an Indian Blue Barred. I may have my terms wrong but I hope you can understand what I mean by. This are my results both Genotype and Phenotype. It would take 4 to 6 years at the shortest time.

Im looking at getting peafowl in my new aviary and wondered if I have enough space. It is around 550 square feet I believe and is 10ft tall but there is a big pond in it that take up a lot of usable space. Here is a pic that shows how my aviary is, tell me if it actually goes up. the little square is the coop.
