Show off your Peas!

Atrueboo, welcome!

Now I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but unless it was very cold that day, your bird is feeling poorly. A good indication is when they pull their head in like that and droop their wings.
She is very beautiful, I get the feel she is a girl but I am no expert.

Has he or she been dosed with cocci treatment and wormed? I know you said picture was back in november. It's sweet that s/he hangs with the silkies. I have two raised by a brahma cross and they love to hang with her in the doghouse. It's so cute, she used to get beat up all the time, but now she has two fierce bodyguards and she thinks SHE is a peacock now!!!

Thanks for taking a closer look! Here's the isolated photo of the bird perched on some blocks. This was taken in November, but I can't say that he/she has changed much since then. If you'd need more updated photos/larger ones, just let me know and I will try to take some tonight.

Appreciate your help!
When did you last worm her and what did you use? she is a lovely looking lady.

Glad you made it over True! Great group here! I also believe she's looking down. You already know I thought she looked like a Cameo. ;) Very Pretty soft colors.

Very Pretty soft colors.

I think it is a Cameo hen.
Not a cameo mabe an oaten or peach IMO

Cameos have darker points like the head and neck and if the photo was just take recently she would be almost done with sesonal molt making her feathers even darker.
Pre molt color of my cameo hen i sold

she is almost done with a molt here and is nice and dark

her baby photo before a molt

I guess we need a more recent photo. The OP said this pic is three months old. If that is the case, there would not be much dark brown on a Cameo hen.
