I know there not all of Peas, but most are of birds, I took these today, they show some of our recent stone work and some of our Green thumbs ( We are trying to ) The Feed/Hay shed Garden Shed, Chicken Coop and some other random shots.
WOW- your place is gorgeous. I about had a heart attack until I realized the naked chests were baby pigeons.
$1500 French- now where did that dude that wanted a business go? Oh course - I didn't get the impression that he also wanted to put in the time and work required. They are beautiful birds and certainly worth that..
Thanks everybody for the pictures, I love seeing everyone's babies, adult or not.
Thought I would ask the peacock experts what this boy's color maybe. I know he is not an average india blue because his color is different on his wings and his tail is more purple than green in comparison to my india blue male. He showed up this morning hanging with my two free roaming boys. Seems to be about 2.5 - 3 years old. His spurs are just growing in like my india blue boy. I am pretty sure he was abandoned at our house. He isn't afraid of people and has been openly welcomed by our boys. If he decides to stick around he is more then welcome to have a permanent home here. I'm sure my dad will be tickled pink to have another peacock lol.
New boy on the left my original india blue on the right. He was very excited about him and has been preening and following him around everywhere!

As for as I know, we have only 100% IB here (except for Mr. Floppy, who apparently has a tiny smidgin of green in his past).
What does it mean that one of these babies is yellow????
*dracoe: it looks like your new boy has a touch of green in him, too!
Its either white or possibly blackshoulder if the peachick is yellow. If it is blackshoulder it will darken up and begin showing some more coloring once its feathers are growing in. Congrats!
Congrats, new, how exciting! Do any of them have white flight and/or some white on their throats? I am a complete moron when it comes to pea colors, but it thought someone here said that you could get a white if you bred birds with white flights/throat patches.?
Dracoe, very handsome boys, but like I told New, I'm a moron when it comes to pea colors, but if I had to guess, I might say BS, but that is just my best guess.
