Here's Morrison. Bought him from Rodney Michaels at 3 months old and now he is 4 years.

. Notice how he has the hens coming up to preen his neck. He really knows how to strut his stuff.

Thank you for posting the lower picture ...I am now sure it is a Blackshoulder Female and apparently she and one of my India Blue Boys are in love. They Preen each other all the time, and wrap their necks to perch at night and are never far from each other

Here's from today...Morrison, Cricket (who is sitting on 5 eggs and made a nest right outside my kitchen window), and Shell (Morrison's daughter, 1 yr. old).





Morrison figured out he can stop by and get a free cleaning.



He also cleans her as well...she shows him right where she needs him to peck



Shell is very interested in Cricket's new set of eggs. She spends most of the day at the nest site.



Dozing off in the afternoon heat. Isn't she pretty?




Cricket gives anyone a free cleaning, it seems that she enjoys the attention of the others
around her. Makes those incubating days go by faster.

Shell is an incredibly pretty girl, is Cricket her mom?

I'm surprised to see that Cricket is so sociable while on her eggs.
When Mom had her nest right outside our window two years ago, she didn't get much company.
This seems like a late hatch, how long has she been on the eggs?
You must be very excited!
