This is Comet, he is just over 5 months old. Both he and his sister (?), in the background, hatched from blue eggs marked Ameraucana, but I am assuming they are Olive Eggers

I watched a really sad video on YouTube a few weeks ago, about how factory farms get rid of the extra roosters. In a nut shell they have a mega size blender that cuts the male chicks into little
pieces...

So it makes me happy to see all these different roosters. ALIVE !!

The rooster looks like it has no comb! (Is that just how they are? Or am I looking at the wrong chicken?)
