That is so exciting! I do not know a thing about incubation, so I'm going to have to study up. When the time comes to add to my little flock (it will be a while), I was hoping to get day olds to put under a broody if I have one. LOL

He is handsome! Very similar to my Fester, love the green blue the black gives off. Does he have any purple as well? Fester has purple on his lower chest and a bit on his wings.

i haven't noticed any purple but that would be interesting.

No,zeus has always been the roo to get picked on.But Foggy beat up a hen today.

As of today we have 4 in the incubator 3 out of the 4 look promising . I had to put water in the incubator to bring the humidity up.

i haven't noticed any purple but that would be interesting.

I didn't notice Festers until this past summer. Its hard to see with them moving constantly. We got so use to the blue green that I didn't notice maybe.
