He might pair nicely with a Svart Hona or Spitzhuaben hen IMO. The only thing would be getting that stellar color in his offspring.
Man some cool genetic variety there. Gorgeous birds
He needs his own thread! I want to intently follow his journeys, especially if your are going to be having some of his little minis running around soon. LOL
YES! Norman needs a thread!

yay!Didn't see these responses earlier, lol.
People tell me he looks Svart Hona a lot! I agree there's quite a bit of superficial resemblance. I've considered them for adding to the breeding project later, though currently the Bantam Sumatra tops my list should outcrossing be required, as they share the pea comb I'd like to see continued.
Yep! Out of the four chicks we aqcuired we had two that look like Norman and his sister - pure black - and two that were a Silver a Duckwing type coloration. Hard to believe such nice birds happened by accident in someone's backyard... and they're lucky they even survived, the previous owner was very negligent and it could be seen in the chicks when I acquired them at several weeks of age.
By popular demand, I'll set about making one when I get the chance. I'll post a link here when it's up.
Yes I do sell pullets and cockerels once they reach a certain age. I am keeping all the whites this year but selling about 70% of the creles. I am in QLD Australia though. You sell any Juvies?
