The first Polish shown has a decent tail angle, but the other one has too high of a tail angle. Needs to be 45 degrees above horizontal.
Otherwise, they're both really skinny, have too big of combs with too many points (needs to be a V comb, more than the two points to make the V and there's possibly single comb hiding in there) and their lacing isn't very good.
Sorry. But, hatchery Polish are indeed hard to find good quality ones with, especially concerning weight and substance.
They're young though. The first one shown may fill out over time and become pretty nice. But, the comb and color won't take him too far. But he's got better color than the second one.
