I am so sorry to hear about your baby not making it with the squishy crop. I completely understand and you have my condolences.
Right now I am going thru the same with with a 26 week old Australorp pullet who at his very moment is in the vets office awaiting to have her crop sucked out. I have been treating her for a few days with ACV, probiotics, olive oil, yogurt, vomiting her, everything I could think of and this morning she didn't look too good. So I am keeping my fingers crossed.
