She is to afraid of him to take any action. I feel so helpless. I need to get a plan together to make this whole problem get resolved.

If the task force agency gives you the runaround, try talking to a local detective or your local domestic violence center.
Good luck to you and your sister.
Just checked with my SO and he said yes it is the state drug task force agency that pays close attention to those records.

Thank you so much, this may be the only way I can protect her at the moment. Get him busted!

That's why I mentioned a local detective. Cops love drug busts.

i think its a great thing. working for the FD we used to see meth houses blowing up a few times a year. it was a major problem in rural GA. since this program has started we havent had a single explosion in 3 yrs. knock on wood! i'm not for the govt being overly involved but this is one thing i like.

Your best course of action may be to let her keep buying them... then it will get noticed. Unfortunately probably more so than a protective sister coming to them claiming her sister's innocence. At this point your sister getting arrested may be the best option to get her away from him. Sorry just my 2 cents.. I read your other thread and your sis doesnt want to help herself, she was out and went back to him for this abuse. She doesnt want to listen to you , maybe the authorities involved will finally get her going in the right direction or at least it may get him arrested too...

Good luck.

Thanks Nancy and you may be totally right. My mom used to tell me you can't save the world when I would try to save every animal that looked like it needed some help, but I sure would love to save her.

I know that your local sheriff is a butt head. Talk to the pharmacist where you know the cold meds are being bought. He may know who to notify. Meanwhile, call the State Patrol. Explain to them the difficulty you are having with the sheriff. Call the DEA too. Here is the DEA contact information.

http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/contactinfo.htm

I think that the pharmacist and the state patrol are your best bets.
