Are they... Sebrights? Their feathers look fine to me

Pretty! A proper diet and dust bathing areas will naturally keep their feathers in top shape. If the feathers have become a bit ragged, the fall molt will replace them with nice feathers.

yes! and i know but they keep molting like crazy, no clue why
