Once again, yes they will look for mites, they're kind of hard to miss. As a side note, if you know they have mites don't take your birds to the show. The mites can infect other birds at the show. It's a pretty rude thing to do.

[COLOR=800080]It does not sound like you are worried about catching parasites from someone elses bird. It sounds like you are knowingly wanting to take a bird with parasites (eggs, larvae, etc) to a show. [/COLOR]
