Sicilian buttercup hen or rooster?

I know it's still early to post this but I bought two Sicilian buttercups as pullets they are approximately 4 weeks old one of them has a way bigger comb and has feathered out much slower hasn't even started showing signs of much tail feathers I'm thinking possible Cockrell just wanting to get some one else is perspective.( also this is flock raiser not laying pellets) incase someone was wondering.
