Sick after cleaning coop?

Consider reading up on alternative medium for the coop, based on your environment, cause using hay in a wet humid climate isn't ideal and can spawn diseases.
thank you for the tip, i will look for something else to have inside the coop. the hay outside is usually fine because it dries up quickly and we don't dig in that. i heard there's certain types of sand that work

Just wanted to add that the air bubble feeling makes me think you might have popped a rib out. Mine come out all the time when I work hard. It can make you ache all over because your muscles have to make up for it not functioning properly.
that sounds scary, how does that work?-the ribs popping out

I've had the air bubble problem only one time in my past when I smoked (weed) for the first time. I never did that again because how scary it was. It was similar to this experience now. coughing like crazy then it just feels like the air bubble is there suffocating me and won't go away. that time it stayed for a day, but with this it's been a week so far

Your ribs are in sockets in your Brest bone and in your spine. If one has come out of it's socket it is painful. Though it can range from mild to severe.

It's difficult to get them back in place on your own.

But if you had the same feeling from weed then maybe this isn't what the problem is.

I cleaned my coop one time years ago, I was sick for 3 days the 3rd day being the worst, I had stomach cramps and was shake-y and thought I was going to die. Finally I went to the doctor, and he asked if I had been bitten. I could not remember, then I remember 3 days before, I was in the yard and there were black ants flying around, and I thought one went into my pants and bit me on the butt. The doc looked at the bite mark and said it wasn't an ant bite, but a black widow bite marks. The coop had nothing to do with my illness.

Is there any illnesses that you can get from cleaning coops that would cause this?
Could be mold from the wet hay/straw or many other things.
DE is a terrible respiratory irritant when it's dry.
Are you minor?
And you already have lung/allergy issues?
