Sick approx 4 month old chicken don’t know what’s wrong with her help please….

Hello All,
I am hoping someone can shed some insight and or help. I have a 3-4 month old chicken that is not doing well by that I mean not drinking and barely eating or moving about for two days. She did come out into the sun and laid down but today just laying there eyes open sometimes when tries to get around she’s stumbling. A couple days ago out of nowhere found a dead chicken same age approx. no clue what happened. She doesn’t have pasty butt so not blocked up could be few things going by google search. Breaking my heart seeing her suffering .

Note: I have a total of 15 chickens 3-4 months old and two older laying hens. They have been picking my garden to heck (installing better fencing this morning) but there isn’t anything they can’t eat growing in my garden nor any chemicals present/used.

what does her poop look like ( picture?) and picture of your chicken please
and what’s going on with her crop - is it full ? and squishy ? or hard
it should be full at night and empty in the morning
