Sick baby chick

Can you see it well enough?
Yes. What wattage is that bulb? I'd remove it for now. She's cooking.
If you have any incandescent bulbs, put a 75 or 100 watt bulb in. Then watch her behavior. She'll let you know if she gets too cold with loud chirping.
Having something with more square footage would be much better too. One end needs to be warm and the other as cool as you can get it. The cool end is where you put the food and water.
When you say she is the only one that survived do you mean she is the only one that hatched and survived or did the others die after hatching?

Too hot!! I'm soo worried about overheating my newborn chicks I don't even raise the heat past 80 or whatever, just room temperature for me. I just leave a bit of light on for minimal heat.... just enough to dry them out, that's it. So long as they aren't shivering, there is no need to keep temps up that high, although some folks like to follow that rule where you keep it at a certain temp than steadily drop it, I don't do it.

I just put 11 new chicks in my brooder which was set at 95 degrees and after an hour I lowered the temp and to 90 because the chicks were against the opposite wall. I also give them pedilyte electrolytes solution for the first day (I got them mail order) so they recover from the stress of being mailed.
