I have a sick baby rooster. About 2 months old. When I came home yesterday he was laying on his side and not getting up. He hasn't improved since. He can still move a little but isn't attempting to. I syringe fed him water and he has eaten a small amount but it looks like he is dry heaving opening and closing his beak... He is quite thin and his poos are runny and browny green in colour. He was perfectly fine the day before. Any help would be much appreciated.
