Sick Barred Rock please help!!!!

Oh goodness. There's so many lol. I have 3 Barred Rocks that are around 18 weeks old I think. 4 Silkies around 4 months. 2 Tetra Tints 20-21 weeks old. 2 Cochins (both bantams but 1 is under a pound in weight) 1 is 20-21 weeks and the other is somewhere close to that age. Bantam Sebrights: 1 over a year old, 2 under a year old (not sure exactly how old) 1 more of an unknown age, I guess around a year or younger. 1 red sex link around 18-20 weeks, 1 production red 18-20weeks 1 bantam game chicken, not sure of breed but she is close to laying so I'm saying at least 5 months. 3 bantam barred rocks( not laying yet), 6 more standard Barred Rock between 5-6 months old. 3 more red sex links 4-5 months, and 1 Japanese game bantam between 4 -5 months old.

They have Safeguard Equine dewormer 25g (fenbendazole) paste for 9.99. I'm going to go in a few minutes to get it if that'll work. I'm not going to bother ordering the liquid if the paste will do. How would I give it to them?
The liquid has *25* one ml doses, the liquid has *125* one ml doses.

  • One bottle of Safeguard goat wormer = Five tubes of horse paste.

The most effective single day dose I have used is 0.5ml per 2.2 pounds (50mg/kg). I know for sure that that dose will kill roundworms and cecal worms, but it is unlikely to kill capillary worms.

Do have have a scale?

Some people use the "pea size" method.

From left to right:
Small = 10mg (0.1ml) = enough for a 200 gram (7 ounce) bird at 50mg/kg
Medium = 25mg (0.25ml) = enough for a 500 gram (17 ounce) bird at 50mg/kg
Large = 50mg ( .5ml) = enough for a 1000 gram (35 ounce) bird at 50mg/kg
50 mg/kg is what my vets recommended for round and cecal worms.

FYI, one ml of paste = one ml of liquid and both weigh one gram.
