Sick birds, isolated, treated, when can they return to their friends?

I opted to close my flock after a few came down with respiratory symptoms. I realize that they could be carriers for life if it is an actual disease and not just being sick from moldy food or some other cause... but all the unknowns made it impossible for me to cull. Anyway, I've isolated and treated the sick birds and they are no longer showing symptoms. The rest of the flock has had the exact same treatment. It has been the better part of this week since I've heard the slightest sneeze or cough. Can I put them back together? If not, how long should I wait. Yes, I do realize that by making this choice, I will likely go through this again. I really just want to know if it (whatever it is) is still contagious, or if since they've all been treated anyway, it would be okay for them to reunite. Any input would be appreciated!

If they have finished their course of antibiotics, I would reintroduce. Since they could now be carriers, you only need to isolate for treatment.
