Sick chick...help?

I have been alittle worried about one of my black sex links that is 6ish days old. He has been sleeping more than usual today. I got him up and got him to drink alittle by dipping his beak, but have not seen him eat today. When he just pooped it was a clear mucus with alittle of the normal whitish stuff in it. Do I have reason to be concerned or am I being a nervous first time chick owner? What should I do?

Is the chick being kept at 90-95 degrees? Do you have any vitamins & electrolytes you can mix in the water? You may have to drizzle along the beak line if the baby's not drinking on its own. And I PM'd you. Good luck!
