What breed, where has he been? (outside coop, inside brooder, etc) What does his poop look like? What feed is he on? Is he drinking? @DobieLover

Shamoo breed, insider brooder since day 1, not sure if he is drinking or not, few days ago his feathers started to break on their own.

dont know about poop as there are 6 of them in one place

Please post some photos of the chick, the brooder (where they are housed) and his poop.

What do you feed including any treats?

Where are you located in the world?
pakistan, boiled eggs, boiled rice, chick feed with mix of crushed wheat corn

This chick needs care immediately. If you have a needless syringe you can orally feed liquid food to the chick. There are recipes online for "magic water" or probiotic and antibiotic water. Feed that through the syringe if they wont drink on there own. Separate the chick from the others if possible in case it is contagious. You do not have to do any of this but this is what I recommend. Also do research and try to find the cause of the illness and what it is so you can treat it properly. Good luck

Have you treated for Coccidiosis?
Is his crop emptying overnight?

Amprolium/Amprol, Coxoid, Toltrazuril, or sulfa antibiotics can be used to treat Coccidiosis.
Not sure if that's the problem, but something to look into.
