Sick chick, please help.

I got two chicks a few weeks ago from an AG class at my high school. I've had many chicks before so I know how to raise them and I know what is normal for a chick. Yesterday I noticed one of my chicks looked like he was gasping for air while standing with his eyes closed. Today, he's barely standing and he has started sneezing, a lot. I've looked at a lot of websites to help me diagnose and treat but I'm still not sure what it it. Please help! I tried to post a video help you see the symptoms better but I don't think it's going to work.

Please help I'm very worried about him!
