Just got an order of chicks from Tractor supply a little over a week ago. About 4 days after receipt I noticed one whose head kinda hung to one side a little but @ times it woukd be normal looking and other than that it seemed normal, was active, eating and drinking in a normal manner. Past few days I have noticed the head never straightens up but otherwise seemed good. This morning the head on this chick was pretty much hanging straight down. It has isolated itself from the others and I have not seen it eat or drink all day. What gives with this chick?

Not sure what the issue might be, but it needs to eat and drink. I'd suggest direct dosing it with a few drops of Poultry Nutri-Drench, undiluted, to see if that peps it up and gets it to start eating and drinking on its own. You can also mix some Nutri-Drench into the drinking water (dilution instructions on bottle) so it continues to benefit from it as it recovers, hopefully.

Is this chick the same size as the others? Same poop?

First, give the chick some sugar water. Dip its beak in the sugar water, but if it won't drink, then syringe the drops on the side of the beak and it should then suck the drops in. Do this for the next few hours.

Second, open a vitamin E capsule and pry open the beak and squeeze the oil inside the right side of the beak. Do this each day for the next few days and see if it improves the head tilt.
