Sick chicken for 6 months

Hi all! This chicken is a Cochin and is a year and 4 months old. She started losing feathers after she hatched her chick in August. Her skin appears very dry on her head and neck. At first we thought she was molting but no feathers appear to be growing back. She might be broody but doesn’t seem to mid being handled right now. This has been going on for about 6 months now (the feathers) please help! Thanks.

There's a form of Marek's that affects the feather follicles. I can't see the skin well enough to be certain with those thumbnail size photos. If you repost them and select Full Size Image, it will provide maximum detail.

There are 10 other chickens of all different breeds but there is no sign she’s being pecked (no blood and she isn’t scared)

Feed is Purina layers mix and dusted a couple days ago and didn’t notice any mites
