I'd like to know what kind of box everyone else uses for isolation if your chickens get sick. Pics would be good. Currently I don't have anything to isolate sick chickens if needed.

I don't think a box is appropriate.
A sick chicken needs to be kept warm at about 75-85F
Every chicken needs extreme amounts of fresh air.
A box doesn't provide that level of fresh air.
A cage in a warm room may work.

I use my brooder if I need to isolate a bird. It's the recycled top section of a prefab coop.

I can't brink chickens in the house. They have to stay outside. The closest thing would be a shed and its not heated and no airflow to speak of. Maybe a wire crate in one of my sheds would work and be fairly cheap too.

When I said "box", I didn't actually mean like a solid box, more like a small coop type structure that has ventilation. My fault.

I have a wire cage (broody breaker) and a brooder (3x8x2) in my patio which I can close off into 3 sections need be.
