If you have a Tractor Supply, they should carry poultry vitamins like Poultry Cell or Poultry Nutri-Drench that you can give her - direct dose is 1 cc per 3 pounds of weight.

Her stance, to me, makes me think she is suffering from a reproductive problem. Cancer, Egg Yolk Peritonitis, etc.

No. Sounds like egg yolk peritonitis is not treatable.

Once they develop egg masses from salpingitis, internal laying, or egg yolk peritonitis, it is probably not going to help to treat it with antibiotics. In my flock, many of my chickens have suffered from these disorders. Some have the slow crop problem that may eventually cause impacted or sour crop, which in turn causes wasting away. Some have died from that, while some have had ascites. That is why it is good to do a necropsy afterward, either yourself taking pictures of the organs to post here, or have you state poultry vet to do one.

I think it could be egg yolk peritonitis or internal laying.
i had at least two of my loved chickens that had this.
One of them showed some neurological symptomps like heavy wings, impossibility to stand, paralysis... i thought it was Marek or salmonellosys, too.
but now, after i read some articles, i'm pretty sure it was internal laying.
In fact she did liquid, yellow/white poops for over three weeks, she had impacted and sour crop, extreme weakness and "penguin position". Is your chicken standing like a penguin?
I let her stay at home with me, too..

Egg yolk Peritonitis! That is what someone said in beginning, let see, I think there was a link from eggscessive. Vet did feel a lump. If it’s that maybe be treatable. I will read now. I sure wish the vet gave me answer but I can’t seem to find a vet that deals with chickens! I should be paying all of you, lol.

Sadly, reproductive problems are not really treatable You can offer her comfort and supportive care like you have been doing.
I'm very sorry, I too have had hens with similar conditions and it's frustrating and heartbreaking.
I do agree, getting a necropsy to find out more is always helpful and educational.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped with Red, this morning I got answers. An xray was done. The vet said it looked like a tumor and fluid. I chose to have her euthanize an end her suffering. The vet did a necropsy.
Red had cancer with secondary egg yolk Peritonitis. That means she had a tumor that blocked her ova duct. causing the egg to break and coated her whole tract and internal organs.
I hope I didn’t let her suffer too long. I noticed symptoms 9/27 but it was last few weeks has declined drastically. The picture attached is one of her last when she was upright. I like to think all the orbs are angels; maybe corny, but we loved her so much. I actually have 3 other pictures and a video with rainbows around her. Her X-ray is also attached in case it may help someone else.

So sorry that you lost her, and I know how dear she was to you. The white in the xray looks like she had ascites or fluid in the abdomen which probably was making her uncomfortable as well. Ascites from liver failure is very common with both cancer and egg yolk peritonitis. She just could not have survived from all that, and you did the right thing to prevent her from suffering.

I am so sorry for your loss. Red was very lucky to have you. I lost my favorite rooster to cancer. Minus the reproductive issues, he exhibited the same symptoms and behaviors your feathered friend did. My boy would have a really great day - he'd move around, he'd eat and drink, he'd even crow - and I'd think he was getting better and then he'd have bad days. After two weeks, he eventually passed on his own. Chickens will break your heart like no other animal.
