Sick chicken, please help!

Did you check their feed for milling date, mould etc.? Mouldy feed can lead to severe symptoms of intoxication, wry neck, diarrhea etc.

How many chickens have you left and are they healthy or do they also show symptoms of illness?

We always check their feed when buying it, and we always check for mould. We go in to check their feed daily, sometimes twice a day to make sure they have enough.

we have over 20-30 chickens that are healthy and do not show any signs of illness. We have 1 that does, but it's only her leg.

The symptoms you described hint to Marek's Disease or Avian Leukosis, both causing a multitude of different symptoms such as paralysis of one or two legs/wings, emaciation, diarrhea etc. Sadly, both are most often deadly.

The best way to know what exactly you are dealing with, would be to send her off to your state vet lab for a necropsy after she died.

I am sorry to not be of more help.

EDIT: Here is some information about the above mentioned viral diseases

Some more questions:

Did you lately add some more chickens of other origins to your flock?

Did you or your neighbours put out some rat/mice poison lateley?

Could they have gotten into some antifreezing agent or similar?

We've been contemplating putting her down, and we're going to tonight. She's stopped drinking all together now. Thank you for the help and the information, though

We haven't gotten any chickens since November, and they were all from Tractor supply save for two roosters we got before then. I nor my neighbors use mice or rat poison I believe. I don't believe they got into an anti-freezing agent
