I have had my flock for 2 years, but never wormed. Never had any symptoms like this.
You only need to deworm with a bad infestation.

Sorry but the photos don’t show much.

Yes. A bald tummy is normal for broodies.

Do you have the idea she is annoyed with you disturbing her. Or do you think she’s in pain. ?

I think she was just annoyed. She escaped her enclosure and tried to rejoin the flock, but she could not get into the run. I have her in a roofed enclosure now, and she seems to be acting normal.

It sounds like she is okay except for the messy bum feathers.

In which case you could still consider worms or sour crop. Check her crop very first thing in the morning. Report back whether it is hard, soft, empty, fluid-filled, etc because that information can tell us more about her state.

You can also do as another suggested and feel her abdomen area under her vent. Again is it soft and squishy? Or hard, or like a water balloon.

These checks are important to get a sense of what could be wrong if she is indeed sick.

How long has she been sitting for? Has she been expelling any more liquid from her crop? Is there any foul smell coming from her beak?

She spent the night in her separate outdoor enclosure.

I checked her crop this morning, and it felt soft, but no softer than my other chickens.

There is no liquid coming from her beak, and as far as I know she hasn't vomited again.

It’s worth feeling her abdomen and comparing that to your other chickens. Her abdomen below her vent should be soft and squishy. If she has an internal issue the abdomen may feel distended, hard, or like a water balloon.

How long has she been sitting for/when was her last egg?

Thank you for your help everyone. She is back with her flock again, and all signs point to her being healthy.

Thank you all again
