Happy Thanksgiving to you!

That poop does not look good. If you can separate her. Make sure she is eating her normal poultry feed and drinking plenty of water. Offer some oyster shell and poultry grit free choice as well.
Green poop like that can be an indication of illness, bacterial infection or not eating (starvation - some chickens don't absorb the nutrients in their food properly). Limit treats to no more than 5-10% of daily intake.

I do encourage you to have a poop sample examined by a vet. They can check for any bacterial infection and internal parasites.

I do hope that she responds to the Tylan and improves.

Please keep us posted.

I lost a pullet last month and her poop looked very similar. With the weight loss and the poop I would suggest treating her with Corid for Coccidiosis which is what I finally figured out mine had. She had no blood in the stool so I was slow to figure it out. Yesterday I finally saw the bloody stool that is a tell tale sign and started treatment today. Even if she doesn't have it treating her won't hurt her. Could be she has a couple of things going on.

just bought 3 chicken from this farm, one of them got sick, shes not walking just stay still with the eye close,

this picture was at the day they got in the coop

Did you already have Jimmy when you purchased the new hens?

In the first photo it looks like the hens are with Jimmy. This would include the hen that is sick?

If you had Jimmy and then added the hens, it has been around 5+ days correct? This is enough "incubation" time for an illness to show in Jimmy. He most likely contracted an illness from the hen before you separated her.

Is the hen responding to the Tylan50. Is she any better?

Neon green poop can be several things - IMHO the top 2 would be infection or not absorbing nutrients (or not eating enough-starvation). Since you have a new hen with similar poop, then infection from illness would be my first guess.

Try to keep him hydrated first and offer him some wet poultry feed. A high protein feed like chick starter or an all flock/flock raiser formula would be good. If you don't have these, then offer him some hard boiled egg along with his normal feed.

If your vet friend can see him or the hen and possibly do some testing this would be best. Take a fecal sample as well for testing. If you treat him with Tylan50, make sure you weigh him so you give the proper dosage. Too small of a dose would be ineffective and do more harm than good. You really need to know what illness they have in order to treat them and help them through this illness.

I'm sorry that you are having trouble. Jimmy is beautiful. I hope he gets better soon.

Yesterday my friend that have a lot experience with chickens went with me to tractor supply and we bought penicillin and we have 1cc for the chicken and 1.5cc for jimmy today they doing much better the chicken run from me was fun to chase her in the yeard hahaha but i will leave her 2 weeks before i put her back with the flock , jimmy jump on me when i try to catch him today i check him hes doing good thanks for everything everyone y'll are bless my life with all the informafions i deeply appreciate. What do you guys think about penicillin? Should i give them again today ? Or wait

I would use tylan over penicillin personally. But we have penicillin allergies in my family.
My personal favorite antibiotic is denegard. You have to buy it online. I got mine from amazon. It has no egg withdrawal and the chickens can't become resistant to it. A big bottle lasts along time and you can dose monthly to keep the viruses away. I dose anytime I see a runny nose. Since using denegard that is the worst symptom I have seen in over a year.
