I'm sorry about your sick hen.

If she dies, you should have a necropsy done. That's the only way to know for sure what it is or isn't. If you plan to cull her anyway, you may want to take her in, alive, and have her tested. This sounds cruel, but it protects the rest of your flock.

You might ask her breeder if he has ever had a bird with her symptoms.
