Sick chicken?

Hello! Today we have found our chicken Ash hiding underneath a tree sleeping where she is usually with the flock. She also usually hates being picked up and will flap her wings, run and yell, while today she stood still while we picked her up to examine her. She had some poop stuck to her vent (white and yellow) her crop is full but not hard. She has not laid an egg for what seems like at least a couple days. Any suggestions on what it could be would be lovley

Maybe egg bound??? I personally don't know how to treat and look for exact signs but if you google it there are lots of safe treatments for it... not sure though. Might help others identify the disease if you post a picture.
