So recently I’ve been noticing that my lemon Millefleur hen has been sneezing and sounding snotty and blocked up when she breathes and that her comb has slanted. She also sits quite puffed up sometimes however she has no problems running around a free roaming. Can anyone tell me if they know what may be causing this? It may just be the weather and she has a cold but I just don’t want it to get any worse or be fatal.

How old is she?
Does she have any mucous, facial swelling or watery/bubbly eyes?
Photos of her and her poop?
How long have you had her?
Have you added any new chickens recently?
When do you notice her sounding snotty? At night in the coop, outside during the day, etc.?
Have you looked to see if her nostrils are clogged up with food or dirt? Anything like sores or canker inside her beak?

She’s 1 year and 2 months old.
Her nostrils seems a little swollen or blocked up but her face is the same.
I haven’t got a picture of her poop as there are 4 of them but I can if you need it.
I‘ve had her since June 2018.
Not recently, no. I bought her as a pair with a Lemon millefleur cockerel and than later on in September bought 2 millefleur sablepoot pullets who moved in with them sometime in October/November.
I’ve heard her sneeze and sound congested during the day and evening and sometimes I’ll hear a sneeze or a inhale once they’ve been shut in about 7:30pm-8:30pm.
I can’t tell the difference from when she wasn’t ill but her nostrils isn’t as clear or open as my other hens but there isn’t anything inside of them. I haven’t had a chance the look inside her beak but she’s eating and drinking perfectly fine.
(The photos aren’t as clear as they’re from a video but I can get some for you if you need them)
Thank you for helping!

There's a great book with lots of DIY treatments and ways to diagnose your flocks, called "The Chicken Health Handbook" by Gail Damerow. It's been a life saver for me and my flock. Sure hope your sweet hen starts doing better soon.

You mention that her face is swollen too?
I would look inside the beak to make sure there's no canker or lesions.
If you can get someone to take photos while you have the beak open that would be good, also some of her nostrils and face.

Where are you located? (state or country)

I’ll be sure to have a read of that book thanks you. We’re from England.
We’ve opened her beak and it’s clean with no possible signs of cankers so there’s only a photo of her face

She's cute!
I would monitor her for now to see if any other symptoms develop.
There's many causes of occasional sneezing, ensure there's plenty of ventilation in the coop and poop is scooped.
If you notice mucous, watery eyes or the sneezing becomes consistent, then she may have a respiratory illness.
