Sick Chicken

One of my 1 year old chickens looks sick. Her comb is very small and pail. She is eating and walking around but very slow with her tail down. Her eyes look watery and hasy. Any ideas what i should do. one pic is of her and the other are her same age sisters.

When did she last lay?
What do you feed, including all treats?
Can you get a picture of her poop? (No, we don't think it's gross.)
Has she been under any kind of treatment for worms or mites or anything?
Has she been exposed to anything poisonous, like spoiled food, or lawn chemicals?
Where in the world are you located?

When did she last lay?
I got 8 eggs the last two day (out of 11birds) both days one was not in laying box but on floor near perch. so im assuming that is hers
What do you feed, including all treats?
I own a restaurant so they get a ton of tables scraps, carrot peels, collard green stems , melon seeds....).
Can you get a picture of her poop? (No, we don't think it's gross.)
I don't know who's poop is who's but I guess I could follower her around

Is she scratching her face and eyes like they itch? Does she rub her head on the ground or other surfaces?

She could have a form of eye worms. Try getting some VetRX and placing two or three drops in each eye twice a day until her eyes clear up.

I haven't noticed her rubbing her header scratching her eyes. would that make her lethargic? what about her comb?

Combs get dry and shrunken if hormones are low. Lethargy follows not feeling well for whatever reason.

Are her eyes sticky or swollen? Have you checked for mites, lice or worms?

It also may be helpful to separate her from the flock so you can monitor her closely.
