1) What type of bird , age and weight: black sex link/barred rock mix
2) What is the behavior, exactly.: Twisted neck/star gazing, now has some dark spots on comb like sores, eye is closed tonight
and teary
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms? 2 weeks
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms? no
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.: None known
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation. moved them to a new coop with the older hens, and I think something happened the night we did that.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all. laying pellets
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc. regular
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?vitamin e and nutri drench
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?myself..hopefully

Ok so he started with these signs she/ he was having the neck issues. Tonight he/she did not go into the coop and was laying outside. I noticed the spots and the eye tonight. Help please :
