Thanks for the support and for checking in…she’s about the same. I’ve given her 3 doses of the Calcium Gluconate so far and a couple of soaks which she resists so much. Just continuing to let her rest alone as much as possible even though I want to comfort her!
we are heartbroken. Took her to the vet today and had what seemed to be a successful outcome. The vet sedated her to help her relax while she digitally removed a soft shell egg inside of her. She got the whole thing removed and sent us home with antibiotics, pain meds, and liquid food while she recovered and expected her to bounce back with a full recovery. Said she would be sleepy for about 4 hours. On the way home she slept and rested her head on my arm. She shook her head and vomited a little in the car. I wasn’t sure if it could’ve been a quick seizure or just the sedation meds working. She was fine the rest of the way home. Got her back to her bed at home and let her rest. She shook her head again like she did in the car and then continued sleeping (standing up, peeking at us occasionally) I went to check in her and she was suddenly dead 
She made it so far, and fought so hard, and was on the road to recovery only to die because we weren’t keeping a close eye on her! I have so many regrets of not holding her until the meds wore off. I think she may have aspirated…I’m not sure.
Thank you…I am so sorry to hear you lost your sweet duck. I do agree with @Aunt Angus you did all you could to help her.
