I have a Pekin that is lethargic, not moving fast when she is moving and not eating. Been going on about 1 1/2 days. They are somewhat "wild" because we have a huge (6 acres) pond with islands in the middle that they use for their habitat. I am in SC.
I am considering catching her, placing her in a kennel overnight and heading to the vet tomorrow. Hubby is concerned that catching her and kenneling her overnight might be too stressful. I think she will feel safer if she is in a kennel contained and then head off to the vet tomorrow....thoughts? Advice?
