Sick duck

My duck is about 4-5 yo. ( Pekin ).He started falling/sitting down while walking. Looked like he was drunk. Today found him on his back ,his legs stiffen and he falls backwards unable to right himself. Appears to be panting with beak apart. Will take water. No other ducks appear affected. No other symptoms.

I personally would separate him from the others immediately and change clothes/shoes between caring for him and the others. This sounds very drastic but in my eyes, this behavior could be caused by different things and those include contagious diseases. Better safe than sorry! I'm not a vet so if a phone call to a vet is an option...

How long ago did the symptoms start?
Where do you live?

Based your text I would say the non-contagious reasons could be ingesting something toxic, lack of vitamins (B is notorious in pekins), neurotrauma etc...
