Sick hen.. Any advice on what to do? Urgent!

She probably could use some miconazole then. It can't hurt anything, and if yeast is colonizing her crop, it will make her feel better.

Get some miconazole cream from the women's hygiene aisle and give her half an inch of cream off your finger two times a day for seven days, no less. If she won't take the cream off your finger, open her beak by pulling down on her wattles and wipe your finger off just inside her beak.

Your vet is treating her for possible enteritis associated with coccidiosis. This won't interfere with that.

she has swelling on the side of her head. I took to vet and they mention mereks,

she is very alert and I've been giving her antibiotics.. but she's still the same

running stool that smells horrid, and side if head swelled up.. She sometimes looked around like in a circle

her head is bend to one side. She keeps it there for the most part. She has some swelling on her left side of head

he said maybe an inner ear infection?

She has a knot on her head, its went down but.. her head is side ways

Okay, this morning she was just standing in the cage.. but very much the same...and it was soft/squishy.
swelling on the side of her head, and she is holding her head sideways.

spells of just standing up with her eyes closed.

She walks in circles

I took her to the vet, he wasn't forsure what was happening. He said he bet Mereks, but he wasn't sure so he gave us antibiotics..

You mentioned that she walks in circles, took her to the vet, he thought ear infection. You mention swelling on the side of the head several times in both threads.
Did the vet look in her ears for pus/infection?
What antibiotic did he give you.
I agree, it sounds like her crop is not emptying, but that is often a symptom of an underlying condition.
In the video, it's hard to tell, but is her eye swollen a little? When she has it open, there looks like something is in it and it moves when she blinks, I could be mistaken, but does she have discharge/pus in the eye?
I would look in both ears for any pus or debris - the inside of a chicken's ear should be clean looking with pretty much nothing in there.

The crooked neck/holding the head sideways, plus walking in circles could be a neurological condition, ear infection or Marek's among other things, hard to know. I would give her vitamin E (400IU daily) along with 1/2 tablet human B-Complex and egg as a treat to see if that helps. (also continue with treating/monitoring the crop).

The poop does not look normal. Did they vet perform a fecal float? I may have missed that part.

Shame only one poultry doc in town I live in... and he really didn't do much..

I didn't really notice her eyes. That's the side the knot is on, its went down from what it was the first day.

I have security cameras around my house, and ones pointed at the lot. (They're kinda like free range. We have a huge fenced in area with a creek that runs through it.. so free water and run around as they please.)

I went outside to feed after work, and I didn't see her. Usually, she attacks u over food.. lol but I went looking and eventually, my mom and I found her in the corner. I honestly thought she was dead, but she jumped up then I noticed her head to the side. She's perky, and very alert. She didn't like the vet touching her..

But, the vet said Mereks disease because they're around wildlife so much... I don't know much, because I've never had this problem. I've had chickens all my life and never had one sick but now..

The vet wanted to put her down at first, but he knew I was upset about it.. so he done more research and said it might not be. She was fine that morning.. we recently introduced a new rooster into the flock.. and he aggressively breeds the hens whenever he can sneak past my older roosters. I thought maybe he hurt her but no marks.. no wounds.. no peck marks.. idk.. I'm absolutely clueless. Like I mentioned I have a video of how she moves her head back and forth.

Here's some information on Marek's.

I would get a better look at that eye.
What do you normally feed her?

She actually ate for once.. and I looked in her eye as best as I could. I was about to take a pic whenever she started freaking out and flapping. I'll try to get one in a second. Usually, I put vitamins in their water just typical u get from like rural king and tractor supply.. sometimes southern states. I've never fed her this before, rural king said it was high in protein and crude fat.. fiber.. it's some type of kibble. I stopped on my way home from work. It's an hour away from where I live.. but normal, I just try to feed them pellets or laying mash. We have ducks sitting and chickens sitting and laying like crazy.. I feed them pretty much anything that has good reviews. No other in her flock is showing any symptoms.. alls normal. I also give the grub worms and died crickets.. and such. I dont know if shes ever laid tho.. I'm not home much but in early mornings and evenings..
