Sick Hen, comb pale in color and partially fallen over

I am fairly new to chickens, have 5 Buff Orp's girls that I just love! They are all 1 year old and one of the girls, she has always been very small for her breed, is not feeling well. Couple of days ago, I noticed her comb was very pale and had fallen over. After research, I realized this was a symptom that she didn't feel good. I also found very runny poop. It has been so hot here in Missouri so I went to tractor supply and bought some packets of probiotics and electrolytes that you add to water. She really seemed to like drinking this water and the next day she was somewhat better. It has been 5 days now and she is better, comb has come back up a little bit but still pale. I have been feeding her extra mealworms, making sure she gets some of the veggies from the garden.

I was wondering if there way anything else I should do to help her along.
