sick hen need advice

I have 4 RIR's and one showed signs of diahrea and saw what looked like a white pea type thing. I opted to use Wazine 17 for worming yesterday and the other hens appear to be fine but now this one hen is staying in the nesting box since 10 am and previously was walking around inside. I opted to put treats and water in the box and she has not touched them. Don't know what else to say about her but if she doesn't drink in this heat I will surely lose her. I am open to suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok i cant diagnose her but you can try to put electroylites in her water and make her drink it. also give her some bugs for protien. hope this helps and keep a close eye on her maybe try and seperate her that might help to. goodluck.

When she is in the nesting box is she acting like she wants to lay? Is she straining ? Have you checked her to see if she has an egg she is trying to pass? How long had it been since she has laid? Is she displaying any other symptoms at all? Try to give her water from a syringe and bring her inside to keep a close eye on her. Check her for any other symptoms that might give a clue as to what's going on

Electrolytes, and apple cider vinegar in water. This is what mine is doing. Shes broody probably.

I too would take her inside as realsis suggests.
Giving fluids with a syringe.
If she is eggbound, take a calcium pill with electrolytes put it in the blender and pull it up with a syringe and dropper into her mouth.

Update: I had taken her out and have her in isolation in a very very large dog kennel. First I had given her electrolytes via syringe and then she started drinking water non stop for over an hour. She is more alert but not eating. Her comb appeared to be lighter than the rest of the RIR's but color looks like it is returning. Does not appear to be egg bound but still going to soak her butt tomorrow and clean her up as it appears that she had loose stools. She is presently in the garage which has a/c and temp is 75 degrees. I am hoping by tomorrow that I see yet more improvement with her eating and then to wait for poop. She is on the low end of the pecking order and is constantly picked on by the others. She is 3 years old. Will update tomorrow and hopefully it will be good news.

Also I added a mix of dry oatmeal ....chicken treat mix and dried mealworms in hopes to get her interest.

update ...update...my RIR hen is eating and drinking water....getting ready for a bath to clean her up and then wait to see poop. Still do not know what caused this and what to do next....maybe the answer will be in the poop. I do not want to reintroduce her back with the others as she was always picked on and now looking for a tractor of sorts ....can always use it in the future for isolation.

Another update and need some advice! I still have my RIR gal in the jumbo dog crate and have been able to observe her more closely. I noticed that she twitches her head a lot and starting to think there is more going on with her. She is drinking fine but not really eating well at all. Initially I had wormed the gals with safeguard and all the others are doing fine and laying. I moved the crate outside and within 20 ft of the others hoping that she would get more responsive. Don't know if she is stressed being in the crate as I have never done this before.
