Sick hen with diarrhea and a bald butt

Our barred rock (about a year old) staring having yellow diarrhea yesterday and has been very lethargic. We checked her vent yesterday - not feeling any broken egg. We then noticed all her feathers are gone around her butt. She was drinking water this morning, but still not moving much and obviously lethargic. Any ideas? Thanks.

I'm sorry your post went unanswered. Did you feel her crop to see if it is large? I have a hen exhibiting similar symptoms this morning and I think she has an issue with her crop. Possibly sour crop or impacted crop.
