Sick Hen with Yellowish Poop (photo included)

My 1 year old hen isn't herself. She is not hanging with the others, starting to puff out and seems lethargic. She isn't eating like the others and I followed her around to take a picture of her poop which looks weird. She did lay an egg today so that is good. Any ideas what it could be?

I would treat for infection and coccidiosis. Use a coccidiostat with an antibiotic combined or get amprolium and an oral antibiotic and give them at the same time. If you're from Asia, it will be easy to find. Maybe as easy in Europe, but the US will require some hunting. Do an online search as we get most antibiotics online.
