Sick Hen

I recently found one of my Hens just sitting on the ground with her head down,she was awake just not moving very much so i took her out of the enclosure sat her on the ground in the grass she started eating and acting like a chicken but she was not walking when she did move she just waddled.
she wont stand for very long maybe a few seconds but thats it ,she eats just fine but for the most part she just sets ,anybody have any Ideas ?

Has she been laying eggs and then suddenly stopped? You may want to post on the "emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures," thread to see what they think is the problem.
